2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes (partially thawed)
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
2 cans cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 325º.

Combine first 7 ingredients and place into a 9x13" baking dish. Top with cornflake crumbs and drizzle 3 tbsp. butter over top.

Bake for 1 hour
