8 center cut pork chops
1 large onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 can whole small tomatoes
3 beef bullion cubes
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup rice

Directions:
Directions:
Spread rice in 9 x 14" glass baking dish. Brown chops and arrange on top of rice. Top chops with slices of peppers and onions and 1/2 tomato mix. Add bouillon cubes to water and pour 1 1/2 cups of liquid over rice and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Pour remaining liquid in dish and continue baking for 20 minutes.
