1 (6 1/8oz) can water pack tuna, drained
3/4 c blanched fresh green beans, cut in 2 in pieces
2 unpeeled new red potatoes; cooked and cut in quarters
1 ripe tomato; cut in small wedges
1/3 c white onion; chopped
8 ripe olives; sliced
1 t Dijon mustard
1 T fresh lemon juice
1/4 c fat free Italian dressing
1 t dried sweet basil
2 c iceberg lettuce
1 c romaine lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tuna, green beans, potatoes, tomato, onion and olives in bowl.
Toss to mix well.
In a small bowl, or jar, mix mustard, lemon juice, dressing and sweet basil.
Pour dressing over tuna mixture and toss well.
To serve, combine lettuce and romaine and divide evenly among four plates.
Top with tuna mixture and serve immediately.
