3 c shredded cabbage
2 carrots, shredded
6 green onions, thinly sliced with most of green end remaining
1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced
1 t ground celery seed
3 T white vinegar
6 T mild to medium picante sauce
1 t sugar
dash of white pepper
dash of salt, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, carrots, onions and bell pepper in large bowl.
To make dressing, combine ground celery seed, vinegar, picante sauce, sugar, pepper and salt if used, in small bowl.
Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
Cover and store in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
