Ingredients:  
1 lb cooked black beans or 1 lb canned black beans, rinsed and drained
2 celery stalks, diced in 1/4 in pieces
1 small bell pepper, finely diced
1 small red onion, finely diced
juice of one lime
1 T chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 t ground cumin
1-2 T Tabasco
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t black pepper
1/4 t salt, optional
2 oz Greek feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except feta cheese in a medium bowl.
Toss well to mix.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Just before serving, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
