4 pork boneless pork loin chops
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
3 Heaping tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
1 can beef broth
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste on each side of pork chops. Dredge in flour and brown in oil in non-stick skillet for 3 minutes on each side. Add potatoes and onions on top of pork chops. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.

Cook covered on medium heat for 30 - 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
