6 medium green peppers
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 cup instant rice
1 medium onion chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops off green peppers and remove seeds. Place in baking dish, add a little water and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 8 minutes. When done, remove plastic wrap and pour cold water on peppers.

While peppers are cooling, combine ground chuck, instant rice, onion and 1/2 can of tomato paste. Stuff peppers with mixture. Cover each pepper with ketchup.

In a sauce pan, combine 1/2 can of tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper. If you have any meat mixture left over, add to sauce. Bring to boil and turn off.

Place peppers in baking dish, pour sauce over peppers and cover. Place in oven and cook for 60 minutes.
