1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. brown sugar, divided
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 large eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. honey roasted peanuts, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and 1/2 c. brown sugar. Gradually stir in 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, 1/2 c. peanut butter, and 1/2 c. peanuts. Press into a 9x13 pan. Beat egg whites till soft peak forms. Gradually beat in remaining brown sugar until stiff peak forms. Spread over dough and sprinkle with remaining chips and peanuts. Bake 35-40 minutes at 325º. Cool for 20 minutes and cut while still warm.
