Ingredients:  
3 to 4 pounds carne asada meat (flank or round steak) sliced thin
4 to 6 thinly sliced onions
1/2 to 1 package dry Menudo seasoning
2 to 3 bottles of Italian dressing (enough to cover meat to marinade)
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
5 to 6 lemons or limes squeezed
4 to 5 sliced bell peppers

Mix all ingredients and marinate, overnight is best and a Ziploc bag works great. You can even leave this in the refrigerator for a couple of days. Cover your grill with tinfoil and spray with Pam. Poke holes in the tinfoil and grill meat. Wrap in flour tortillas and sprinkle with a little grated cheese.
