1 cup regular Grits
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound Velveeta Cheese
1 stick butter
1 10 ounce can Rotel Original Tomatoes, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer grits in salted water for 20 minutes. While grits are cooking, melt cheese and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Add in tomatoes and stir. Add cooked grits. Keep warm in a small crock pot or fondue pot. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
