3 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
2 T. melted crisco
3/4 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
2 to 2 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mis liquid first, then add flour, baking powder and salt. Pout into hot, greased frying pan. when bottom of mixture starts frying stir the mixture (the more you stir the smallet the particles become). Serve with lettuce or cucumber salad, syrup or jam.
