1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 cups milk
1/2 cup margarine
6 tbsps. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs separated
1 tsp. vanilla
Baked pie shell.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa, flour & salt in medium sauce pan. Mix well. Beat egg yolks; save egg whites for meringue. Add enough milk to dry mixture to make paste; add egg yolks, mix well, gradually adding all ingredients except vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture somewhat holds in spoon when lifted. Remove from heat, add vanilla and stir well. Set aside while preparing meringue. Mixture needs only to cool slightly before pouring into pie shell.
