1 lb. hot ground sausage
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In mixing bowl, combine sausage and cheese until well blended. Add biscuit mix and knead until well blended. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on baking sheet. Bake approx. 10 minutes until nicely brown. Serve warm.
