4 medium chicken breasts ( 8 halves)
3 T. flour
3 T. butter
1/2 c. marsala wine
1/2 c chicken broth
Dash salt & pepper
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. green onion
8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms

Cut each breast in half lengthwise. Place each chicken piece between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Using the flat side of a meat mallet, pound each piece to 1/8 in. thick. Remove plastic wrap. Coat chicken lightly with flour.
In a skillet, melt 1/3 of the butter and add mushrooms. Cook until tender. Stir in Marsala, broth, salt, and pepper. Boil gently for 5 min. or until reduced to 1/2 c. including mushrooms. Pour over chicken.
Combine cheeses, onions, and sprinkle on cheese. Bake uncovered in a 375º oven for 20 min.
