1 cup flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla (if desired
about 15 drops food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients in 1 1/2 qt. saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 4 minutes or until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from saucepan and let stand on counter 5 minutes.
Knead dough about 30 seconds or until it is smooth and blended. Cool completely. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
