3-4 oz of raw shrimp
cayenne pepper
lime
seasoning salt
Daddy's SauceŠ
leafy greens (romaine, iceberg lettuce, etc.)
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Preheat pan or grill with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Devein and peel shrimp. Place in a shallow bowl covered by Daddy's SauceŠ. Allow to marinate for 20-30min. The longer it marinates the more robust the flavoring. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, seasoning salt, and lime juice. Cook for 1-2 minutes until shrimp is pink. Place shrimp on a bed of lettuce. Use remaining extra-virgin olive oil and Daddy's SauceŠ as salad dressing.

This is a great recipe for a quick dinner after along day of work. It really only takes 5-10 minutes if you cut down the marinade time. If you do not feel like waiting for the shrimp to absorb the flavors of Daddy's SauceŠ, you can use it as a dipping sauce after cooking the shrimp.
