1/2 lb pork-cut diagonally into very thin strips-1" in length
1/4 head cabbage-shredded
1/2 stalk celery-sliced thin diagonally
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 lb bean sprouts-diced
1/2 can bamboo shoots
1/2 can water chestnuts
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sesame seed oil
hot pepper flakes
flour tortillas or thin Chinese rolls ups

Stir fry pork until well done and tender. Add remaining ingredients to pan. Add soy sauce, sesame seed oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook an additional 3-5 minutes. Place in tortilla
