1 cup Nutella
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 heaping tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly (about 2 mins with a hand mixer).
3) Use a melon baller to scoop out dough onto baking sheet
4) Bake 10 mins – do not overbake
5) Cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack

1) You can substitute 2 cups Splenda for the 2 cups Suger. Then you have a flourless and sugarless cookie.
2) You can add ½ cup flour if desired. Cookie will be more cakelike and puffy.
