4 tsps pure Maple Syrup
4 slices Cinnamon Raisin Bread
4 large eggs
˝ cup milk
˝ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Topping
1tsp granulated sugar
˝ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1) Pre heat oven to 400. Place 4 foil cupcake liners in a cupcake pan
2) Place 1 tsp maple syrup in each of the four cupcake liners
3) Tear 1 slice of bread into smaller pieces and place in one of the cupcake liners. Repeat for all 4 cupcakes.
4) Mix eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract well
5) Pour equally into each of the 4 cupcake liners. Let sit 5 mins so that the bread can absorb the egg mixture.
6) Mix together topping and sprinkle ˝ tsp over each cupcake
7) Bake for 25 mins until puffed and golden
