12 hard boiled eggs
Sausage patties (see below):
18 oz pork/turkey sausage
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Pinch of ground sage, thyme, and pepper
Mix and form into patties.

Dipping sauce for eggs:
2 cups mayo
1/4 cups white wine
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp worchestershire
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Mix together and refrigerate

Instructions for eggs: Wrap each egg in sausage patty, covering egg completely (can now refrigerate overnight). Egg topping: Combine 3/4 cup flour with pinch of salt and pepper. Add two beaten eggs and then one cup dry bread crumbs. Roll sausage-wrapped eggs in this topping. Place wrapped eggs on baking pan with edges. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes. Can be served cold.
