4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz)
1 C dark brown sugar
1/4 C honey Dijon mustard
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse fillets and dry. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and rub into meat on all sides. Combine brown sugar and mustard on a platter and brush fish with mixture. Make sure, all fish is coated well.

Grill over direct heat turning once (about 3 minutes on each side). When fish flakes with a fork it’s ready to eat. Some grills may require longer cook time, however, checking with a fork works well.
