1 lb ground chuck
1 onions, finely chopped
1 (8oz) box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 lb velveeta
1-2 Creole seasoning
1 1/2 sticks oleo
3 pkgs rolls (French sour dough or pistoletta)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onions. Drain well.
Cook broccoli in microwave and add it and creole seasoning to meat.
Melt cheese and add to meat and broccoli mixture.
Prepare roll by slicing off end and hollowing out center with grapefruit spoon or knife.
fill roll with about 1-2 T meat mixture.
Replace end and brush with melted oleo to which garlic powder has been added.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
