4-6 Large Avocados
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 Large Tomatillo
1 Bunch of Cilantro
3 Cloves of Garlic
3-6 Jalapenos (depending on how spicy you want it)
Red Onion
Salt
Lime Juice (about a tbsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the the meet of the avocado and place in a large mixing bowl. Mash with a potato masher or blender until desired consistency is achieved. Chop tomatoes and onion into small pieces and add to the bowl. Take the cilantro, tomatillo, Jalapenos, garlic and lime juice and blend them in a food processor until there are no chunks left and add to the bowl. Stir the entire mixture. Add salt to taste and let sit for 30 minutes in the refrigerator to let the different flavors blend.
