CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
2 eggs

TOPPING
8 oz. cream cheese - softened
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon or almond flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients together and spread on a cookie sheet. Then mix the topping items together until creamy. Spread on top of cake mixture and bake 30 minutes @ 325º. While cake is still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar, coconut and pecans. Cut in squares and remove with a spatula.

Instead of the using the powdered sugar and coconut topping, let the cake cool and prepare a box of chocolate instant pudding. Spread the pudding on top of the cake. Chill and serve it with a blob of Cool Whip.
