3-4 Chicken breasts cooked and deboned (or 1 hen)
2 cups grated American cheese
1 doz. corn tortillas, cut in fine strips
1 onion, cut fine (or can sprinkle with mined onions)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth from hen (or from can)
1/2 cup ro-tel tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the last four ingredients to make sauce. In a 9X12 baking dish, place one layer of chicken, 1/2 of the sauce, half of the tortillas, 1/2 of the onion, and then cheese. Repeat the same for the second layer with cheese on top. Bake one hour at 350º for 50-60 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
