1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or saltines
3 green onions, finely chopped with tops
1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Dash of cayenne pepper
Flour for dusting
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except flour and oil. Shape into patties and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Dust with flour. Panfry in hot oil over medium heat until brown for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and panfry other side until golden brown.

Note: If too loose, add more crackers.

You can usually get 10 patties out of 1 lb. of crab. You can freeze these uncooked and take out and thaw to room temperature, flour and fry.
