4 cube steaks
3 heaping tbsp. flour
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 medium onions, sliced
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 jar of beef gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt, garlic powder and pepper on both sides of each steak. Dip steak in egg mixture and dredge in flour on both sides.

Heat oil to 350º and fry for 3 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Preheat oven to 350º.

Place steaks in baking dish. Place sliced onions and mushrooms on top of each steak, Pour gravy over the steaks. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
