1 pound bacon
3 eggs
1/4 pound of grated cheese (American or Swiss)
2 cups milk
1 t salt
pepper to taste
1 pre-made pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble cooked bacon in the bottom of an unbaked pie shell. Next place grated cheese on top of bacon. Beat eggs slightly, add milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bacon and cheese. Bake @ 400º for 35-45 minutes.
