10 (6") flour tortillas
1/2 lb. chorizo
Block of Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
Salsa
Sour Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Take chorizo out of their casings and cook.

Place a tortilla in a dry skillet. Cover with cooked chorizo and cheese. Place another tortilla over it. Grill on both sides until cheese is melted. Quarter the quesadilla.

Serve with salsa, sour cream, etc.
