1.5 lbs. ground chuck
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
3 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
8 oz. angel hair pasta

Directions:

Cook bacon until crisp and crumble.

In a saucepan, saute meat and drain. Put back in pan and add chopped onion, crushed tomatoes, bacon, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add a little water to thin. Simmer for 25 minutes.

Cook pasta per instructions.

In a large bowl combine meat mixture and pasta noodles. Mix well.

Preheat oven to 350º.

In a casserole dish, put a layer of the noodle mixture and top with cheese. Add the rest of the noodle mixture and top with remaining cheese.

Cook 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes to cool.
