2 (8 oz.) blocks extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) block Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeņos, shredded
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 medium poblano chile pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 small sweet onion, minced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in refrigerator up to a week.
