1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. romaine lettuce, shredded
5 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 small red onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mexican four-cheese blend
1 (1 oz.) can whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
1 (6 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
2 cups crushed tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Process first 7 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape sides down to make vinaigrette.

Layer lettuce and next 7 ingredients in a 3-quart glass bowl. Garnish if desired and serve immediately with vinaigrette.
