3 chicken breasts with skin and bones
1 carrot sliced
1 potato diced
2 mushrooms sliced
1/2 onion sliced and quarter the slices
1/2 small cabbage chopped into large pieces
2 cloves of garlic sliced
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

1 pkg. egg noodles
Fresh Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and then simmer chicken until cooked. Remove chicken from pot and put cut up veggies and spices in the pot with the broth (save beans until the end). Debone the chicken (discard skin and bones). Shred chicken and return to pot. Simmer soup until veggies are tender. Add more water to pot if needed. Cook egg noodles separately from soup and drain.

Just before serving, add beans to the soup to warm.

To serve, put desired number of noodles in individual bowls and ladle soup over top. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top.

Note: if you put the noodles in the soup, they will absorb the liquid and get nasty.
