3 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic
2 large Vidalia onions (or any sweet onion in season)
4 (28 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 cup chili powder
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. paprika
3 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 cups red wine vinegar
Juice of 2 lemons

Directions:

Saute garlic and chopped onions in olive oil until onions are transparent. Add rest of ingredients, bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
