3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
24 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1 cup chopped pecans
1 qt. strawberries or blueberries
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar. Mix finely crushed crackers with nuts and fold egg whites into nut mix.

Pour into a well buttered 8" to 9" pie pan. Bake crust for 22 minutes.

Let cool and put berries into crusted pie pan and cover with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until serving.
