2 Kielbasa links (sliced into rounds)
2 lbs fresh green beans (more or less as desired)
3-4 potatoes (cubed)
1 onion (sliced)
4-5 cans beef broth
1 t crushed red pepper
1 t hot sauce
1 t salt
1 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In soup pot brown Kielbasa rounds until golden brown. Add in onions and saute slightly. Add in spices (more or less than noted above as desired). Add in green beans and cover with beef broth and a little water if needed. Simmer on very low heat for 3-4 hours (I liked to let it simmer all day). About 20 minutes before serving add in potatoes and bring back up to boil, cooking until potatoes are tender. Best if served with cornbread.
