Ingredients:  
1 loaf white bread (toasted and cubed)
1 pan of cornbread (cubed)
1 t black pepper
1 t sage
1 C celery (diced)
1 C onion (diced)
3 Qt chicken stock
4 eggs (beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery until transparent. Add chicken stock and spices. Pour liquid over breads. Mix in eggs. Put into large baking dish. Bake at 400º for at least 1 hour, until well browned.
