½ C butter
¾ C sugar
¾ C brown sugar
½ t cinnamon
½ t vanilla
3 bananas (sliced)
3 C orange juice
Ice cream (serving size scoops in bowl)
Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan melt butter, sugars, and spices. Add orange juice and whisk for about 20 minutes or until slightly syrupy (reduces down about ¾). Add bananas and simmer until tender (about 3 – 5 minutes). Spoon over ice cream. Makes about 4 servings.
