6 oz lemon jello
4 c. boiling water
16 lg. marshmallows
15-16 oz can crused pineapple- drained, but reserve juice
4-5 medium sized bananas, peelied and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. whipped cream

Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water, add marshmallows. Stir until melted. Add bananas and drained pinepapple. Spread in a 9x13 pan. Chill until set.
After jellow has set, in medium saucepan combine reserved pineapple juice with sugar, flour, butter and eggs. Cook until thick. Cool and refrigerate. Whip the whipping cream in mixer. Once cold fold in 2 cups whipped cream (not Cool Whip) Spread over gelatin layer
