1 lb beef (cubed)
1 medium onion (diced)
Dash of garlic
1 can beef broth
2 T cornstarch
¼ C red wine
1 8oz container sour cream
4 oz mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
Hot buttered noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Place meat, onion, garlic into frying pan and saute. Stir in broth, mushrooms, and soup. Combine cornstarch and wine into small bowl until smooth and then add to broth. Mix in sour cream. Pour over noodles.
