3 ½ C flour
½ t baking powder
1 C sugar
1 t vanilla
½ t baking soda
1 C buttermilk
2 eggs
1 C butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Spoon out onto floured surface. Roll out, cut desired shapes and place on cookie sheet (can make very large cookies). Bake for 10 minutes at 350º. Hint – cookies are better if dough is made an hour to 2 hours and refrigerate prior to rolling and cutting.
