8 med sized potatoes
6 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 lb. bacon, optional
1 rib celery, diced
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp prepared mustard
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in good sized pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook until just tender. Drain off hot water and allow to cool. Then peel and cut into chunks. Prepare eggs, peel, dice, and add to potatoes. Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble into potato/egg mixture. Add celery pieces. Gently fold in remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator in covered container until ready to serve.
