1 ½ lb beef (round steak or London Broil)
½ C flour
1 t salt
¼ t pepper
1/3 C oil
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 C water
½ C onion (chopped)
¼ t garlic salt
1 beef bouillon cube
1 ½ t Worcestershire sauce
1 -2 green pepper (sliced)

Cut meat into bite sized pieces. Put oil in the pan to start heating over medium high heat. Mix flour salt and pepper onto a plate. Roll meat in flour mixture. Place meat into the oil and cook until brown. In a separate bowl mix bouillon, water, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, and garlic salt. Pour mixture into pan. Add peppers and onions. Simmer on low for at least an hour – can be longer (until tender). Works well in electric skillet or crock pot.
