2 sticks margarine or butter
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
16 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
9 oz Cool Whip
chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Melt butter or margarine.
Add flour and 4 tbsp. powdered sugar.
Mix well and spread into 11x14 pan
Bake 10 minutes at 400º
Let crust cool completely.
Cream 16 oz cream cheese.
Add 2 c. powdered sugar and Cool Whip
Spead creamy mixture on cool crust. Chill 2 hours
Sprinkle w/ chopped nuts if desired
