Follow Bisquick recipe but add “pieces” of butter to the batter (see below)

Mix dry ingredients then add in wet mixing until moistened. Add in “pieces” of butter. Roll out dough on floured surface. Use cookie cutter to cut dough into rounds. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 450 º
