Ingredients:  
Boneless skinless chicken breast (cut in strips)
1 stick butter
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 T Dijon mustard
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
Equal parts bread crumbs (Italian) and Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, mustard, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in skillet. Dip cutlets in butter mixture then coat with crumbs and cheese mixture. Lay in pan, pour remaining butter mixture over the top. Bake 375º for 30-35 minutes.
