1 block of plain Havarti cheese
1 Pepperidge Farm pastry sheet (thawed)
Spicy mustard
Fennel
Dill
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Spread out pastry sheet and place block of cheese in center. Spread mustard on top and sides of cheese. Sprinkle fennel and dill on top of mustard. Turn cheese over and repeat on other side. Fold pastry sheet around cheese and place on pan seam side down; brush with beaten egg.

Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and cheese is runny. Serve with crackers.
