1 lb thin spaghetti
1 large can sliced mushrooms (drained)
2 tbls butter or margarine
4 c cut up turkey or chicken
2 cans cream of chicken
2 cans cream of celery
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c milk
4 tsp dry white wine
1 tsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
dash of salt
1/2 c Parmesan or Swiss cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
cook and drain spaghetti; rinse with cold water
Saute the mushrooms in butter
in medium bowl combine soups, mayonnaise, wine & seasoning & blend well
add sautéed mushrooms. Cover the bottom of a buttered 9x13 baking dish with spaghetti, top evenly with turkey and pour soup mixture over all. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 º for 30-35 minutes until light brown and bubbly.
