1 lb pork shoulder or chicken (fry out fat from pork)
1c celery cut small
2 green onions slit in strips
2 tbls soy sauce
1 c hot water
1 can chinese vegetables
mushrooms (optionsal)
2 tbls corn starch in 3 tbls of water

Directions:
Directions:
cut pork in strips fry in fat gently for 15 minutes or until nearly done.
Add celery & onions, water & soy sauce, cook until nearly done, thicken with corn starch then add chises vegetables and mushrooms (if desired)
Serve over rice or noodles
just slit onion greens & egg strips on top
