1 pkg. grated cheddar or longhorn cheese
1 large pkg. corn or flour tortillas
2 pounds chopped sirloin, browned and drained
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 small can chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except for tortillas. Break tortillas up and cover the bottom of a casserole pan. Pour some of the meat mixture on top, and continue to layer tortillas and meat mixture. On the very top add the grated cheese.
Bake at 350 º for 20-30 minutes till heated through and bubbling hot.
